Return and Refund Policy

  Thank you for supporting our business and purchasing a product or service. 

We offer refunds to customers for only product purchases of guides and planners made through our website, but under certain conditions. Please be sure to read the conditions detailed below to ensure you qualify for a refund and follow the correct procedures to receive a refund.

If you are unhappy with any product purchased on our website, please contact us directly to let us know. We would like to have an opportunity to address any concerns as customer satisfaction is our top priority! Should you still decide to move forward with your return, our Return & Refund Policy gives you 14 days from the date of purchase to return any product with a valid order number. After 14 days, we cannot offer you a refund. Unfortunately, any purchases made for virtual workshops cannot be refunded. 

To be eligible for a refund, any physical product must be returned unmarked, sealed, and cannot show any sign of use. If the shrink wrap is removed or broken, you will not be eligible for a refund. Customers are also responsible for any return shipping fees and will not be refunded for any shipping fees incurred.

Refunds (if applicable):

Upon receiving your return and it is inspected, we will email you to notify you that your return has been received and if your refund has been approved or refused. If your refund is refused, you will be responsible for any charges to ship the item back to you should you desire. 

Unfortunately, any Virtual Workshops purchased cannot be refunded. However, purchased workshops may be exchanged for another workshop topic at the discretion of the instructor. 

Workshops that are not redeemed or attended within 1 year from the purchase date will be forfeited. 

If a scheduled workshop is missed, we will work to accommodate a day you can reschedule. Failure to attend a make-up workshop session will result in the forfeiture of the purchased workshop.
