Erodita Agard- Anderson is an educator and has garnered much acclaim for her role in providing youth with financial literacy skills. Working in education since she was 14, Erodita is now a Guidance Counselor who began her career in an alternative school working with at-risk students who were not on track to graduate.  

In addition to focusing on post-secondary readiness with students, she is extremely passionate about educating youth on the importance of Financial Literacy. This passion led Erodita to begin teaching Financial Literacy workshops at the Boys and Girls Club. Her notable work was recognized and she was then selected to teach and implement Financial Literacy workshops in an after-school program in a high school. 

To make financial learning fun and tangible, Erodita began a savings challenge amongst students and because it was successful, she sought to make this challenge and 12 fundamental financial literacy topics accessible to all youth.  This is the inspiration that
